At TCB Jeans, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your denim. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all TCB authentic tags and hardware protections are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
